We offer Direct Transfer & Credit Card payments.

  • Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards and AMEX. Credit card payments attract a 1.5% processing fee.
  • Customers paying by direct transfer (EFT) will receive account details after check out.

In some cases, you may be limited to credit card payment only. You will be notified at check out if this applies. Typically this only applies for flash sales or competitions.

All payments must be received in full prior to delivery/shipping.

For all our customers who have placed your order and payment is unsuccessful your order will be held back until payment is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your order anytime without cost prior to the products being shipped. Once shipped, no cancellations are accepted

Discounts or partial/full refunds will only be considered where the goods are not received in their advertised condition. Photos and a full description of the condition will be required via email. Refunds will not be paid where the product is in good condition though packaging is damaged.

Any vouchers will be cancelled or promotional material must be returned if given out at the time of purchase or thereafter directly related to your purchase.

If there is something wrong with the delivery or your unhappy with the order, please contact us immediately. Our team will make all reasonable attempts to work out a solution that works for both parties.

We ship world wide.
All shipping costs are at the purchasers expense.
Shipping costs are calculated by our shipping partners.
Deliveries will be shipped 5 days a week ( Monday-Friday ).
Full Payment must be received prior shipping

For Digital Products
Full Payment must be received prior to receiving your product digitally
You will receive the digital product via email or received a link on where to collect your product digitally


All competitions will have their own terms & conditions mentioned on the entry page that are relevant to that particular competition.

These are our default terms where a competition may not have all terms mentioned:

  • Only 1 entry per person. All details must be filled and be valid
  • You agree to share your details with our direct promotion partners
  • If under 18, you must have parents permission to accept the prize upon winning
  • All draws are random, you agree no recourse of action or slander publicly or privately due to any losses you have occurred
  • You need to like/follow our facebook profile to accept the prize as its announced and tagged live


You must indemnify Matt Black and its employees, officers and agents and keep indemnified from and against any loss, sickness, damage, action, suit, claim or demand whatsoever, including as a result of any act or omission by you or your guests, servants, agents or contractors before, during or after the event, arising out of or in connection with:
(a) mis-handling of products after the product is shipped;
(b) any aspect of a competition which has been organised by us; and/or
(c) any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
